Welcome to CarDealHero Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our vehicle deal negotiation services (the “Service”). By hiring us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Overview
We provide a professional vehicle negotiation service to help consumers find and secure favorable deals on new or used cars for purchase or lease. Our services include:
Vehicle research and pricing analysis
Deal negotiation with dealers on your behalf
Trade-in guidance
Financing education and strategy
Handoff of the final negotiated deal for client execution
We do not act as a vehicle broker, dealership, or financing provider. Clients are responsible for finalizing the transaction directly with the dealership or seller.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate, truthful information throughout the intake and negotiation process.
3. Fees and Payment
Our services are offered for a flat, one-time fee based on the service level you select. Full payment is required at the time of hiring us and before any services are provided.
4. Refund Policy
You are eligible for a 100% refund only if:
A deal is not closed within 30 days of your intake session
The intake session is scheduled and completed in a timely manner, typically within 7 days of payment
While we expect to schedule your intake session within 7 days of your payment, we understand this may depend on mutual availability. Refund eligibility is not affected if scheduling is delayed beyond 7 days due to availability on either side, as long as good faith efforts are made.
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
You change your mind after we begin service
You do not participate actively in the process
You decline to proceed with a negotiated offer
To request a refund under eligible conditions, you must contact us in writing before the 31st day following your intake session.
5. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
Complete the intake session in a timely manner
Provide timely and accurate responses throughout the negotiation process
Make all final decisions regarding vehicles, offers, trade-ins, and financing
Finalize the purchase or lease agreement directly with the seller
We are not responsible for any actions taken by dealerships or third parties.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive to secure favorable deals based on your goals and budget, we cannot guarantee a specific savings amount, vehicle availability, or financing approval. Final terms are determined by third-party dealers or lenders.
7. Nationwide Service
Our services are available to clients across the United States. However, availability of specific vehicles and dealers may vary by region.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Dealer or lender conduct or representations
Vehicle condition or performance after purchase
Any post-sale issues or disputes with the dealership or seller
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service.
9. Confidentiality & Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We will never sell or share your data, except when necessary to complete the service (e.g., communicating with dealerships).
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:
You do not make reasonable efforts to schedule or attend the intake session
You provide false or misleading information
You misuse or abuse the Service or our staff
In these cases, no refund will be issued, unless the cancellation falls within the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our Service indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
